Use of balconies

Please don't use your balconies in ways that detract from the general appearance of Ardoch. While the area within the balcony may within your title, items draped over the rails or walls extend into common property.

Of particular concern is drying washing on balconies. Using temporary drying racks is usually acceptable, providing they are within a unit’s private title and not visible from the Village Green. Permanent external clotheslines must not be installed without written permission from the OC Committee and Heritage Victoria
