1990s buildings

Four new buildings were built when Ardoch was redeveloped in the early 1990s: 2 Pilley St, 4 Pilley St, 8 Pilley St and 5 Ardoch Ave.

They were designed by a conservation architect to reflect the older-style buildings, with similar rough render walls, and a line of horizontal red bricks. But they instantly recognisable by their blue and yellow trim.

Internally the 1990s apartments are more modern, with extensive use of polished wooden floors and glass shelving.
